To say that we’ve kept aesthetic and design considerations at its peak for this upscale condominium at 28MK - that would be an understatement. The homeowners, young parents of two carry highly exquisite eye for their curated home pieces.

Designer toys, furnitures, sneakers and clothings are among their prized possessions. With this in mind, the challenge was to create a spatial design which connects these pieces together in a balanced (and livable) fashion.

The primary toy collection exhibits itself disarmingly to guests in the living room. The shelf, a horizontal tempered glass integrated with closed storages keep them safe with smart secure features albeit its posh display. The creative components echo the living room with imported Danish B&O speakers integrated into the home. Behind the glass doors lies the bonsai garden, dedicated for special tea appreciations with the homeowners’ clientele - a private and quiet session of choice when needed.

Private sections of the home are designed with luxurious taste and practicality combined. A display cabinet effortlessly stores designer toys and sneakers, organised for daily usage. The bathroom is remodelled with marble stones and imported black bathroom fittings to works to create a stunning contrast for the couple.
