Mission
To make bespoke bungalow design and build more accessible by delivering thoughtful architecture, practical design, and quality craftsmanship through a transparent and well-managed process. We exist to help homeowners create homes that are uniquely their own.
Vision
To challenge the norm of one-size-fits-all housing in Malaysia, where many families are living in homes that do not reflect their needs, lifestyle, or long-term comfort, by making custom-built bungalows a more attainable option.

Building or renovating a home is a significant commitment. It involves hundreds of decisions, multiple consultants and contractors, technical details, budgets, approvals, and timelines. Without the right team, the process can quickly become overwhelming.
At SBSS, we bring architecture, interior design, and construction together under one roof. Instead of coordinating multiple parties yourself, you work with one team that takes responsibility from the initial design through to the final handover. We manage the details, solve problems before they become bigger issues, and keep the project moving, so you can spend more time making decisions that shape the home you want to live in.

Architecture & Interior Design
Every project starts by understanding how you and your family live. Before we draw anything, we take time to understand your routines, priorities, and what you want your home to support in the years ahead.
From there, we develop both the architecture and interior design as one complete solution. We carefully plan layouts, improve the way spaces connect, maximise natural light and ventilation, and guide you through the selection of materials, finishes, lighting, fixtures, and custom joinery. Every decision is made with the intention of creating a home that feels natural to live in, not just beautiful to look at.

Design Development
Good construction starts with good planning. Once the design is approved, we develop a coordinated set of drawings, specifications, and material selections that clearly communicate how the home will be built.
This stage includes technical detailing, consultant coordination, budgeting, scheduling, permit applications, and buildability reviews. By resolving details before construction begins, we reduce uncertainty on site and help keep the project organised, efficient, and easier for everyone involved.

Construction
As a design and build company, we stay involved throughout construction to ensure the finished home reflects the original design intent.
Our architecture and construction teams work closely together to coordinate trades, supervise workmanship, monitor quality, and keep the project progressing according to plan. Through regular site supervision and clear communication, we focus on delivering homes that are built with care, attention to detail, and quality that will last.

We’ll provide hands-on management to handle any issues quickly, keep you informed with regular updates, and ensure every detail is perfect through thorough quality checks.

We’ll do a final walkthrough to make sure you’re happy with everything and provide ongoing support to keep your home in top shape.
