Co-working Meets Communal Living - rés280

The rés280 residential property is grounded on its vision. To make co-working an effortless luxury residents can enjoy. The task was to design spaces to groom entrepreneurial minds and cultivate the communal spirit.

We brought that to life by integrating its lush surrounding landscape into parts of the building interior. First impressions were everything. That’s why, the lobby was transformed into a grand hallway with a touch of nature. Some in the form of greenery, while others embraced the strong texture and sight of wood.

Considering the communal nature and needs of young entrepreneurs and small enterprises, a shared workspace was brought to life. The shared room consists of reading corners suitable for individuals and groups alike. Tucked at the corner, a lounge welcomes creative discussions. The place serves to be the centre of meetings, brainstorms and things of that nature. Only without the corporate, uninspiring vibes.

A new facade combined with new facilities celebrate collaborations in small and big ways. As such, rés280 becomes host to a new wave of new corporate culture and so much more.
