A presidential suite with all-around floor to ceiling windows is a mark of success. Rightfully so, as we learn our client’s expensive taste and liking for the 5-star experience.

The expression of form and space is used to distinguish the various interests and lifestyle of the homeowner, such as his peculiar love for Chinese tea, and an appreciation for high-quality sound through music. 4,000 sq. ft. is after all, a large space and can translate to many unused spaces.

To address this, we worked on the advantage of an open space and incorporated our planning to create a sense of intimacy. As much as the suite reflects the introverted personality of our client, the kitchen area catered more towards large groups of guests – an occasional favourite of his.
